Volleyball

Middle and high school volleyball programs provide students (grades 6-12) with opportunities to learn and participate in the sport, develop athletic skills, and engage in interscholastic competition. This fall season includes practices focused on skill development, teamwork, strategy, and conditioning. Teams compete in scheduled matches against other schools both local regional, fostering school spirit and sportsmanship. While middle school emphasizes foundational skills and broader participation, high school programs generally increase in competitiveness and intensity, particularly at the Varsity level, which often operates under the regulations of the Illinois High School Associations (IHSA) and competes for league (Northeast Athletic Conference), regional, and state titles.
