First Chapter Fridays

The “First Chapter” book club is a monthly initiative designed to cultivate reading interest among secondary school students at Mooseheart. Each month, a member of the Mooseheart campus community selects a personal favorite book and reads its first chapter aloud to the students. The central aim of this program is to provide a compelling introduction to a variety of books, hoping that this initial exposure will pique the students’ curiosity and encourage them to independently choose to read the featured book in its entirety.
