During a prime-time showing Sunday, Dec. 10 of "The Fox River Valley and Chain O'Lakes with Geoffrey Baer" on Chicago's PBS television station, WTTW Channel 11, Mooseheart students and staff appeared prominently on TV sets throughout the Midwest all evening, taking calls from viewers pledging financial support of public-television station.

Sporting prominently lettered red Mooseheart t-shirts while taking on-camera pledge calls were (from left) senior Stephen Pinto, Executive Director Scott Hart, senior Adrianna Pinto, Family Teachers Nikki Bernier and Sarah Dixon, and seniors Melissa Quitoriano and Nic Grasty.

The Mooseheart contingent was invited to participate on camera as the Child City was one of the communities prominently featured on the Fox River Valley program, with a generous 71 seconds devoted to describing the history and current operation of the Mooseheart campus.
